Refund & Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Items should not be sent back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable ItemThe following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Certain health and personal care items


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion in the following circumstances:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original payment method within a reasonable number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as posting may take time.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times vary.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

  • Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items.

  • To request an exchange for the same item, please email admin@plushies.toys and send your item to: {physical address}.


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the return is processed.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.


Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

  • Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged products may vary.

  • For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
